Vehicle Packaging

Our focus is not limited to designing alone, We develop Adequate packaging and integration as it optimizes electric vehicle performance, range, safety and user experience.

Proper positioning of Batteries, Thermal routings and electrical components like DC-DC, EDU & PDU is crucial for enhancing vehicle dynamics. This is achieved by precisely determining the center of gravity (COG).

Our innovative solutions and material selection ensure safe and efficient electric vehicle operation including proper battery mounting to maintain Structural integrity, effective thermal management, and easy maintenance.

Electrical Distribution System

We at SACHA follow customer design guidelines and industry standards with internal best practices to deliver robust EDS routings for HV, 48V, LV POWER CABLES compatible with EMC/EMI. We also provide routings using logical data (system diagrams) that we can efficiently translate into CAD models and develop full harness routings for various architectures.

By analyzing vehicle behavior during regular operation and worst-case scenarios we master the creation of dynamic loops by creating envelopes showing the space required for the dynamic loop to be accommodated into the environment.

And we will do build support also to evaluate vehicle wire harnesses, document issues, propose solutions, create test cases, and submit finalized designs for production.

Thermal System

Thermal management plays a crucial role in EVs that helps to run the vehicle at optimum temperature while utilizing its maximum range, energy efficiency and longevity.
We provide solutions for coolant routings to HV Batteries, Power Electronics(DCDC converter, OBC, etc.) and Electric Propulsion Units in such a way that we maintain minimum pressure drop and gas entrapment.

We design Component Mounting brackets & Radiator Ducts considering the packaging constraints including chassis Structures and EDS harnesses.
